Doctors Battle Workers' Comp Insurer
The Injured Workers' Insurance Fund is working to cut health care costs by contracting with Alliance PPO. Through this contract physicians are reimbursed according to PPO rates instead of rates offered by the state Workers' Compensation Commission. This has physicians concerned with the expense associated with treating workers' comp patients. |
